Senior Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions, from architecture and development through testing and production deployment. Build and evolve order-management systems using C#/.NET, React and TypeScript, contributing across both backend services and trader-facing applications. Drive architectural improvements, scalability, performance and long-term technical initiatives across the platform. Collaborate closely with traders, users, engineers and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into reliable and intuitive solutions. Champion engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews and production readiness. Your Background: Significant professional software engineering experience with strong C# and .NET expertise. Proven experience with software architecture, scalable systems and distributed applications. Experience delivering production systems and balancing short-term business requirements with long-term technical strategy. Comfortable contributing to modern frontend applications and willing to work with React and TypeScript. Strong understanding of collaborative development practices, automated testing and CI/CD. Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, particularly data-intensive applications or complex workflows. Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
