Senior/Electrical Engineer (Data Center)

Our client is a professional construction and project management company in Thailand. Position: Senior Electrical Engineer - 1 Position Electrical Engineer - 1 Position Project: Data Center Projects Type of Hiring: 1‑Year Contract (Renewal) Location: Bangkok / Central Region of Thailand Responsibilities: Manage and oversee electrical systems for data center construction projects, including power distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, and ELV/special systems. Review and evaluate electrical designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards. Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with engineering best practices. Support and verify Electrical Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures for LV/MV systems, backup power systems, and critical infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions for electrical installations on site. Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and participate in project meetings. Ensure all electrical works meet local regulations, codes, and client requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for building projects, preferably with exposure to mission ‑ critical or data center systems. Valid Electrical Engineer License. Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, and ELV systems. Experience with electrical installation, site supervision, and commissioning. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and familiar with relevant electrical codes and standards. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
