Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance system performance. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of SAP Concur solutions. Stay updated on latest SAP Concur features and enhancements, and propose recommendations for adoption. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, adhering to project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience implementing and customizing SAP Concur solutions. Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionalities. Experience with SAP Concur integrations and APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time. SAP Concur certification (desired).
