Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions on Sales Cloud. You'll work with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn sales processes into scalable, well-built Salesforce solutions, using Python to automate, integrate, and extend the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Sales Cloud solutions, including custom objects, flows, Apex, and Lightning components
Configure and optimize core Sales Cloud features such as lead and opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, and sales automation
Build integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Use Python to develop automation, data migration and transformation scripts, and integration tooling
Partner with sales, operations, and product stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance and data quality
Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governance, and release management
Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong, demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and integrations
Experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Preferred Requirements
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git, Salesforce DX)
Familiarity with Agile delivery
Experience with data tools such as Data Loader or ETL platforms
Pay Transparency
At Accellor, we believe in equitable compensation. The base rate for this contract is $55 to $65 per hour. The actual pay will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range is subject to change. Speak with your recruiter about any questions.
