Part-Time 10 Key Data Entry Operators

Fortuna is hiring skilled 10-key data entry operators to support high-volume claims processing. In this role, you will work from digital claim images displayed on screen, verify system-captured information, and quickly correct numeric or highlighted errors.

This structured, production-based position is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, comfortable performing repetitive data entry, and able to meet daily productivity standards.

Worksite: 820 Stillwater Road, West Sacramento, CA
Work Arrangement: Fixed onsite schedules
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Available Schedules: Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Required 10-Key Assessment: Candidates selected to move forward must complete a 10-key assessment and demonstrate a minimum speed of 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Enter numeric claim information quickly and accurately

• Review digital claim images and verify system-captured data

• Identify and correct highlighted errors or incomplete information

• Maintain a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy

• Meet established daily and weekly productivity standards

• Review and correct data deficiencies

• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate and compliant data

• Protect the confidentiality of sensitive claim information

• Complete assigned work within established deadlines

• Maintain dependable and consistent attendance

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of data entry experience preferred

• Ability to achieve at least 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work

• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive, high-volume data entry

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation

• Ability to work onsite in West Sacramento during one of the required schedules
