Driving Executive Relationships & Long Term Growth
The Nuclear MRO Business Developer develops senior relationship contacts withing defined customer organization to drive the execution of account strategy. Design and execute account development strategy focused on managing a portfolio of accounts that are of strategic, long-term importance to the organization.

The selected candidate must reside east of the Mississippi River and within reasonable proximity to a major airport to effectively support travel expectations and customer engagement responsibilities
What You’ll Bring
• This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship (including initial, transfer, or extension), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and remain authorized for the duration of employment without the need for sponsorship.
• Bachelor of Science in Sales, Marketing, Management, Engineering, required
• Five years’ Hilti sales experience or equivalent outside sales, required
• Familiarity with the operations of nuclear power generation facilities, preferred
• Lean Explorer certified, preferred
• Hilti Leadership experience, preferred
• Civil or Structural Engineering degree, preferred
• Professional Project Management certification, preferred
• Knowledge of support systems and PROFIS MSE, preferred
