Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Capture: Produce basic video and photography projects, including video b-roll, product shots, store photography, employee photos, training videos, social videos, internal corporate communications and other projects as needed
Create: Edit video, design graphics and customized template-based animations for a variety of multimedia projects
Support: Assist with livestream and podcast productions
Enhance: Refine the color quality of videos and photographs
Operate: Set up and troubleshoot audio equipment for recording
Illuminate: Apply effective lighting techniques for photo and video shoots
Learn: Build familiarity with company production workflows, brand standards and procedures

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

Degree in graphic design, animation, photography, video production or equivalent years of experience
2-4 years of experience in videography, editing and photography
Experience with animation, commercial shoots, livestreams, podcast production, gimbal operation, lighting, teleprompter, audio and AI platforms are preferred
Highly organized and can multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
Knowledge of basic production terminology preferred
Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Lightroom
Familiarity with project management, cloud-based file storage and collaboration platforms such as AEM, Workfront and Frame io preferred

Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Occasional travel may be required

Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and to build and maintain relationships
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong project management or organizational skills
