Junior Software Developer Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Relevant Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field. 2 - 3 years of experience in software development or relevant internships. Basic understanding of programming languages such as C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript. Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional environment. Good problem-solving abilities and a willingness to collaborate with others. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications. Work under the guidance of senior developers to implement and test code. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning. Learn and apply new technologies and development practices. Troubleshoot and debug software issues with support from the team. Document code and development processes as required.
