Junior Developer (Oracle APEX, Java, Spring Boot, React)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Hybrid Setup; 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Location: Mandaluyong Industry: Industrial and Automation Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications that support learning, training administration, reporting, and education-related business processes. Build and enhance Java/Spring Boot REST APIs that connect learning platforms, Oracle databases, and other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain React-based front-end components to support functional, responsive, and user-friendly learning applications. Write and maintain PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages to support application functionality, reporting, and data management. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and production support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional software development experience with hands-on exposure to Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database. Practical experience developing Oracle APEX applications, with working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and PL/SQL. Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript development, with an understanding of full-stack application development and system integrations. Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments, with familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps; strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and English communication skills.
