IT Product Owner LP Fulfillment

We are looking for an IT Product Owner defining and managing all fulfilment related IT projects and solutions, working towards achieving our vision of a seamless, connected and SAP based IT landscape for Large Project business at Hilti. To complement our team, we are seeking for an IT Product Owner to plan, manage and deliver digitalization projects. Your role drives the build-up of a team and processes to sustainable manage the sales solutions area within the Large Projects program. You will strongly contribute to one of our core initiatives out of our new corporate strategy shaping the future towards “Make Construction Better”.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field (PhD is a plus)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT (SAP), Logistics solutions and Manufacturing/Prefabrication
• Experience in Engineer-to-Order environments with a project driven context is a clear plus
• Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude – taking responsibility in understanding topics, owning them, and delivering success
• Product/Project Management – experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives in your area in a portfolio way as well as end-to-end project delivery experience
• Skills in manging product related topics like backlog, budget, vendors, externals and internal resources
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
