Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industrial environment

Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within complex international organizations

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to drive sustainable business improvements

•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Fluent German and English language skills
