This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact analytics function at the intersection of premium products, experiences, and customer strategy, where your work will directly shape how millions of customers experience the Chase brand.
As the Head of Dining, Lifestyle & Cards Analytics at JPMorganChase within Card Data & Analytics, you will set and execute the analytics vision for premium offerings, including dining and lifestyle analytics. You will be accountable for delivering insights that shape product design, define and refine target customer strategies, and track and optimize portfolio performance. You will partner closely with leaders across Dining, The Infatuation, and Chase Lounges, while leading a high-performing team and influencing senior stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, and risk.

Job responsibilities
• Define and deliver a multi-year analytics vision and operating roadmap across dining, lifestyle experiences, and premium portfolios, aligned to measurable business outcomes
• Provide analytic leadership for product and benefit design, translating customer needs and performance signals into clear, actionable recommendations
• Lead, develop, and retain a team of managers and analysts, setting standards for rigor, impact, and accountability
• Responsibly leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to modernize analytical workflows, reporting, and monitoring with appropriate controls and governance
• Establish executive-ready performance management across profitability drivers, engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, and portfolio health
• Build and evolve a measurement and insight framework for dining and lifestyle experiences, connecting ecosystem performance to card portfolio outcomes
• Partner with experimentation and product teams to design controlled tests and pilots, delivering causal insights and decision recommendations
• Collaborate across product, marketing, finance, risk, and operations to align priorities and integrate insights into key decision forums
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented insights to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear trade-offs, risks, and recommended actions
• Stay current on industry trends and partner ecosystem shifts, identifying opportunities to innovate in measurement and customer experience analytics

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Formal training or certification on analytics concepts and 10+ years applied experience
• Proven senior leadership experience managing teams of managers and analysts, including setting vision, operating rhythms, and talent development expectations
• Deep understanding of card portfolio economics and profitability drivers, including risk-adjusted performance and key levers affecting revenue, cost, and customer value
• Demonstrated expertise in product analytics and lifecycle performance management across acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability
• Strong capabilities in customer segmentation and behavioral analytics, translating insights into actionable strategies and product decisions
• Expertise in experimentation design and measurement methodologies, including test-and-learn approaches and a causal inference mindset
• Demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics to modernize measurement and insight generation with responsible governance
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical and analytical findings for non-technical senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization across product, marketing, finance, risk, and operations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience in premium cards, dining, travel, or rewards ecosystems with an understanding of how partner performance, value proposition economics, and customer behaviors connect to portfolio outcomes
• Experience building or scaling analytics functions, including establishing operating models, tooling standards, and team capability frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in analytical platforms and programming languages commonly used in large-scale data environments
