Key Responsibilities Own the Infrastructure : Manage and optimize Linux servers , network devices , and cloud infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly. Automate Like a Pro : Streamline deployment, configuration, and management processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform . Build CI/CD Pipelines : Design and maintain seamless CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins , GitLab CI , or similar to accelerate development cycles. Collaborate & Optimize : Work closely with our talented development teams to enhance application performance and troubleshoot issues. Secure the Systems : Implement best-in-class security practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor & Scale : Keep an eye on system performance, resolve issues proactively, and plan for scalable growth to meet business demands. Stay Ahead : Continuously explore emerging technologies to elevate our processes and infrastructure. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience in System Administration and DevOps roles. Deep expertise in Linux server administration , including networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Strong grasp of system security principles and best practices. Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure . Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHub . Solid scripting skills in Bash or Python . Sharp problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Strong command of English . Desired Skills (Bonus Points!) Relevant certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer , RHCE , or similar. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes . Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001 , NIST , GDPR ). Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack or Dynatrace . Proficiency in German is a plus.
