Data I/O Operator

The shift for this role is 6PM-2:30AM

Responsbilities:

- Facilitate the upload and download of digital assets

- Oversee on-prem and cloud storage repositories

- Assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets

- Maintain file naming conventions and Universal Folder structure protocols

- Educate, train, and promote the use of the digital asset management system

- Support critical and time sensitive requests

- Perform general administration duties as needed

- Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

- 1 year experience with a Digital Asset Management System preferred

- Must be highly computer literate, displaying proficiency in MS Office

- Knowledge of digital A/V file formats (wav, Pro Tools, ProRes/Quicktime)

- General computer and network knowledge, database understanding a plus

- General understanding of delivery ststems (eg; Aspera Faspex, Aspera on Cloud), FTP

- High level of computer competency for MAC and Windows operating systems

- Must be self-motivated, organized and self-managed

- Must be able to multitask in a high-volume environment, Attention to detail, organization, and great follow-up skills essential

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with associates at all levels

- Must be able to respond to urgent requests in a positive and professional manner

Hourly rate range: $27.50-$30.50
