Data Entry Clerk | $18.00/hr.

The right candidate possesses advanced computer skills, NUMERIC DATA ENTRY and in-depth understanding of excel functions, formulas, and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP or CRM Systems is a PLUS (can be taught). Keen attention to detail is a MUST! Shift: Monday to Friday // 10:00AM to 6:30PM (some Saturdays) Compensation: $18.00/hr. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing invoices Processing of sales incentives and credit memos Manage POS material orders for retailers and tracking on-hand inventory stored at distribution center/office Assist Operations Coordinator with updating bill of material and POS material SKUs Assist in organizing brand files electronic and hard copy Should be proficient in Excel, experience in SAP is a major plus but not required as we will train on the basics Qualifications Must possess advanced computer skills Well-developed interpersonal and demonstrated customer service skills Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented and strong recordkeeping skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and time constraints Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to interact with all levels of staff/management and work successfully in a team environment Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus!
