Understands the importance of denormalized and aggregate data for optimized reporting
Can tune SQL provided by BI Tools for performance optimization.

What skills/attributes are a must have?
SQL scripting
Tableau report development
DB tuning
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Cognos Framework Manager
