Roles and Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct
deep-dive analyses
on complex datasets using
advanced analytical techniques

✅ Design, build, and deliver
reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

✅ Analyze customer data to uncover
trends, insights, and opportunities
for business improvement.
✅ Develop and maintain a
repository of standardized and customized reporting templates
.
✅ Communicate
complex data insights effectively
to non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with
marketing, sales, product, and operations teams
.
✅ Partner with internal
technical teams
to enhance reporting capabilities.
✅ Design, develop, and deploy
machine learning algorithms and models
.
✅ Implement
forecasting techniques
to predict
construction project timelines
.
Job Requirements:
🔹
4+ years
of experience in a
data analytics
role.
🔹 Strong proficiency in
data visualization tools
(Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
🔹 Experience with
predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods
.
🔹
3+ years
of experience working
cross-functionally across departments
.
🔹
Advanced Excel skills
(macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
🔹 Proficiency in
Python and SQL
.
🔹 Experience developing solutions with
Data Lakes and Cloud platforms
.
🔹
Industry experience in home construction
(preferred).
🔹 Must be able to
report in-person
