Clinical data entry

Job Description
• Actively participate in quality system applications implementation, upgrades or improvement project
• Clean-up quality master data
• Ensure quality throughout the process. Data entry accuracy.
• Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental/project goals to meet deadlines
• Communicate the status of operations and bring deviations to the attention of supervisor
• Accurately perform procedure and tasks independently
• In compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience and principles
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications
• Requires a degree (e.g. pharmacist, chemist, engineer, computer science)
• Requires professional experience (approximately 2-3 years as a guide)
• Requires knowledge and experience in QA/QM and other industrial Standards (e.g. ISO, cGMP, or other)
• Ability to act as a mentor to co-workers; act as a proven agent of change
• Requires extensive experience with eQA tools and processes.
• SAP experience (QM specifically) preferred
• Requires knowledge/experience with Microsoft Excel
• Computer skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills, oral and written
• The ability to function in a fast-paced technical environment and communicate effectively is essential to success
