Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) Developer Location: Fully Remote – U.S. Salary + Bonus + Benefits Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire Position Overview Prequel Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) Developer for a reputable Microsoft consulting firm and Microsoft Partner. This person will focus on hands-on AL development across multiple client projects and Business Central environments. Responsibilities Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL Support new Business Central implementations and GP-to-BC migrations Build customizations, integrations and enhancements Support existing Business Central client environments Work across multiple client projects in a consulting environment Qualifications Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL development experience 2+ years preferred; flexibility based on depth of experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Consulting experience preferred but not required .NET/C# experience is a plus, not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Quarterly bonus opportunity Fully remote PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical benefits Paid Microsoft certifications and certification bonuses
