BI Analyst – iGaming & Affiliate Performance Cyprus | Full-time | Onsite About the Role We're looking for a BI Analyst to join our Acquisition Team and own performance analysis and automated reporting across multiple casino and sportsbook affiliate programs. This isn't a dashboard-maintenance role. You'll see across brands, programs, markets and partners, and your analysis goes straight to the business owners, shaping decisions on affiliate deals, budgets and traffic allocation. What You'll Do Analyse traffic quality by affiliate, program, brand and market: registrations, FTDs, deposit acceptance, Net Cash, GGR, NGR, ARPU, OTD vs STD Compare programs and track the same affiliate across brands to spot differences in traffic quality and player behaviour Catch volume shifts, player overlap and conversion changes, and set up automated alerts for anomalies Build automated daily reporting for business owners, plus custom dashboards and ad hoc reports Validate tracking, postbacks and affiliate-platform data Work with Affiliate Managers to understand the context behind the numbers and turn data into clear recommendations We want reporting to run on systems you build, not on manual exports. You'll be encouraged to use AI and automation tools across your workflow. Must-have 3+ years in BI / Data Analysis Hands-on iGaming experience (casino and/or sportsbook) Solid grasp of iGaming metrics: GGR, NGR, ARPU, FTD, OTD, bonus cost Strong SQL: you build, debug and optimise queries on your own Experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase or similar) Experience automating recurring reports (scheduled queries, APIs, connectors, Google Sheets / Apps Script) Excellent English Ability to explain and defend your numbers, and discretion with sensitive commercial data Nice-to-have Affiliate acquisition analytics in iGaming Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals n8n, Make or Zapier Active use of AI tools for SQL, analysis or reporting What We Offer Direct exposure to business owners and real commercial impact Ownership of BI and reporting: you build the systems, not inherit them Freedom to bring in AI and automation tools Comfortable office in Cyprus Free lunches Social benefits package
