This is a senior, strategic role that combines visionary leadership with hands-on technical expertise, driving the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and ethical AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end AI & Data Science solutions ensuring scalability, performance & security. Design AI/ML infrastructures with robust data pipelines, model training, deployment & monitoring. Translate complex business challenges into AI-driven strategies. Champion MLOps best practices (CI/CD for models, reproducibility, governance, versioning). Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical & data privacy standards, including Explainable AI. Lead enterprise-scale AI projects, modernizing legacy systems & integrating with complex IT ecosystems. Collaborate with data engineers, ML experts, and domain specialists to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals. Mentor multidisciplinary AI/DS teams and foster innovation. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 15+ years industry experience, 8+ years in AI & Data Science leadership roles. Proven track record as AI & DS Architect / Senior Tech Lead AI/ML. Experience in financial services sector preferred. Strong background in enterprise-scale projects and modernization initiatives.
