Position Overview: Vali has an immediate need for a Human Capital Strategic Planning Data Analyst to join our team. This position serves as a data-centric, data-driven strategic partner, which is required to have data analysis, visualization, modeling experience. This position will include consultation with process owners to ensure analytics are an integral part of human capital decision making and workforce planning.
