Description Texas Biomed is searching for an exceptional postdoctoral scientist to study the consequences of genetic variation in pedigreed primate populations. The position will be based in the Southwest National Primate Research Center (SNPRC) Colony Management Unit, which supports and advises the SNPRC on its nonhuman primate (NHP) genomics resources and research activities. Over the last 55 years, Texas Biomed has developed several large, pedigreed NHP colonies, including baboons, rhesus macaques, and marmosets.
