Backend Web Application Engineer Role description The backend engineer maintains and extends the Laravel application behind SynAIpse: EHR integrations, the deterministic coding rule engine, and the data pipelines that feed our machine learning systems. You work alongside the founders, working across EHR integrations including eClinicalWorks, Epic, and athenahealth and shaping the architecture as we expand to new specialties.
