What You’ll Do • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for IlluminatEHR — the Operational and Management product for ACOs, giving ACO leadership a single console to run their value-based care business: identifying and attributing eligible patients, enrolling and planning care, capturing quality and risk data in-workflow, and measuring shared-savings performance. • Build IlluminatEHR into the system ACOs run their business on, not just a reporting layer — the console where ACO teams manage eligibility and attribution, close care gaps in-workflow, capture HCC/RAF risk data as care is delivered, track admission/discharge/readmission activity, and monitor shared-savings...
