Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Elderly Services Case Management Specialist with minimal oversight of the Elderly Services Program Director, the incumbent provides outreach services to introduce potential clients to program services, resources, and educational forums related to programs goals and objectives. Incumbent must effectively interpret program services and perform tasks directly related to community elder clients (aged 50 years and older).
