The Role You’ll be our embedded product quality and execution PM, doing whatever needs to be done to make the product better and the team faster. You’ll find and report bugs and UX issues manually, triaging incoming quality reports. You’ll also own smaller features end-to-end as product owner and absorb whatever startup ops needs doing. You Bring • 1–4 years of product, product ops, APM, or adjacent experience. • Experience at an early-stage startup • An obsessive eye for product quality • Real fluency with modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) • A “unicorn” mentality: high autonomy, sharp critical thinking, zero attachment to title or scope boundaries. • Comfort owning small...
