JOB SUMMARY The Director, Marketing Technology, Data & Performance is a commercial marketing leader responsible for turning the systems, data, and media we already own into direct revenue across the Rentyl Resorts and NDM Hospitality portfolio. Salesforce is our committed CRM platform and we already maintain a working single source of truth for retail customers and opportunities. The gap is ownership: no single marketing leader is extending those systems, connecting the pieces that remain separate, and converting them into reliable reporting and booked business.
