BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION Kubota is transforming vehicle automation across agriculture and construction. As Manager of R&D, you'll lead a team of Software engineers to build industrial-grade autonomous systems that integrate perception, business logic, UI/UX, telematics and controls—for fully autonomous operation.
