Your Role: The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with three or more years of prior Insurance Defense experience. Solid experience with bodily injury cases highly preferred. Background in pre-suit, civil litigation, auto negligence and/or general liability, a plus. What You Bring: Prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability, preferred. Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred.
