We are a private commercial real estate owner seeking an experienced data center or colocation professional to lead leasing and business development for a 700,000-square-foot campus in Nashua, New Hampshire. Previously occupied by Digital Equipment Corporation, the campus includes former laboratory and technical space historically supported by substantial electrical and cooling infrastructure, including Liebert equipment. We are seeking someone who can help evaluate the opportunity, identify suitable users, and secure tenants for portions of the property.
