Position Overview Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) is seeking a Data Analyst – Human Resources / Workforce Analytics to support one of our Federal Clients. The Data Analyst will provide recurring and ad hoc human capital data analysis, reporting, metrics, and workforce insights across the HR Directorate.
