Your impact At Free Market Health, our mission is to never let the process fail the patient. We build the platform that connects payers and specialty pharmacies and routes specialty medication referrals, so patients get the therapy they need. We're looking for an Engineering Manager who loves building great teams and helping engineers do the best work of their careers. You'll lead one or more software delivery teams. Your focus is people: hiring, coaching, growing, and supporting the engineers on your teams, and making sure they can deliver predictably.
