Job Summary The HR Data & Operations Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining employee data and employment transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, benefits, personnel changes, employee records, compliance-related documentation, and terminations. Under the general supervision of the HR Operations Manager, the HR Data & Operations Coordinator works closely with the HR Recruitment Team, HR Generalists, HR Partners, and campus partners to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of all HR transactions.
