Purpose of the position The Data Coordinator supports EO's research, evaluation, and data management activities across its Early Childhood Care and Education, Workforce Innovation, Career Commons, and other organizational priorities. Working closely with the Research Director and EO program teams, this position helps collect, organize, maintain, analyze, and communicate program data. The Coordinator will support program performance and outcome measurement, administer surveys, maintain project databases and shared spreadsheets, create reports and data visualizations, collaborate on funder narrative reports, and assist with applied research and evaluation projects.
