Description Summary e2L Coaches serve with humility, innovate strategically, and want to grow professionally. We are open to current and former teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders who are strong in best practices and systems thinking with a variety of educational backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a culture fit with our team and have the ability to travel nationally, including overnight. e2L contracts service days with school districts and assigns them to our coaches, thus fulfilling e2L coach contracted days.
