Description The Analyst, Healthcare Financial Analytics functions as a junior actuary embedded within the finance team, responsible for the financial analysis of claims and healthcare data across Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Health Plans. This role builds and maintains key actuarial and financial analytics — including IBNR, reserves, accruals, and risk/trend modeling — and translates complex claims and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior financial leadership.
