Department: Employee Benefits– Data Analytics and Underwriting Job Summary: The Associate Consultant for the Data Analytics and Underwriting Team is responsible for performing detailed consultative reviews of the health and welfare plans for existing clients. The Data Analytics Team supports the client facing consulting teams in performing the analytical services noted throughout. Principal Responsibilities: Provide support to the Consultants teams at Conner Strong and other Broadstreet firms by providing periodic benefits and cost analysis of our existing clients’ health and welfare plans with primary focus on medical, pharmacy, and stop loss.
