Job Type Full-time Description The Bi-Lingual Eviction Prevention Case Manager provides direct services to tenants in arrears of their rent and at risk of homelessness including, but not limited to: participation in screening of potential clients through our weekly hotline, maintaining a schedule of weekly meetings with clients, as well as case planning to assist tenants in resolving their arrears and the factors that may have led each tenant to fall behind. The case manager works as a member of the Crisis Services team and reports directly to the Director of the Eviction Prevention Program.
