About the Role Clutch is building a portfolio of AI agents for credit unions — collections (Emma, already sold and live with multiple credit unions), plus new agents in origination, fraud, engagement, and activation. This role owns one of those agents end to end: discovery with members and credit union executives, the first implementations, and the roadmap that follows. This is not a traditional product management role. You will spend a large share of your time in front of customers — often on site — shaping products that don’t fully exist yet, then staying with them through the first implementations until they actually work in production.
