Responsible for data management for Cahaba Medical Care Foundation’s clinical quality assurance/ quality improvement program, under the direction of the CQO. Responsibilities • Perform chart audits, run reports and update registries that help facilitate the program data management process and achieve improvement in QA/QI measures • Collect required data and information from providers, other staff, and patients in order to ensure accuracy and completeness in patient charts • Review for completeness; follow up where necessary.
