Position Objective The QA Lead is responsible for driving the entire quality assurance strategy and execution across all projects. This role combines hands-on testing leadership with process governance, ensuring every release meets strict reliability, usability, and performance standards. The QA Lead serves as both a technical enforcer (“hammer”) and a mentor/coach who empowers the QA team to follow best practices, adopt modern tools, and continuously improve quality processes.
